(4). Leadership bonus
This bonus is to award the leaders who has build large organizations and shows leadership abilities. Currently there are 4 levels of leadership bonus which are as follows:
A. For leaders who reach leaping star level and newly increased business volume of weak organization reaches 20,000 PV in a week, he or she will get 3% of 4 times of business volume of its weak organization. For example, if you are leaping star and your weak organization has 40000$ business volume, then your bonus will be: 40000$ ×4×3%=4800 $.
For leaders who reach leaping star level and newly increased business volume of weak organization reaches 20,000 PV in a week, he or she will get 3% of 4 times of business volume of its weak organization.
For example, if you are leaping star and your weak organization has 40000$ business volume, then your bonus will be: 40000$ ×4×3%=4800 $.
For leaders who reach Success star level and newly increased business volume of weak organization reaches 50,000 PV in a week, he or she will get 3% of 4 times of business volume of its weak organization.
For leaders who reach Super star level and newly increased business volume of weak organization reaches 100,000 PV in a week, he or she will get 3% of 6 times of business volume of its weak organization.
For example, if you are Super star and your weak organization has 150,000$ business volume, then your bonus will be: 150,000$ ×6×3%=27,000 $.
For leaders who reach Super star level and newly increased business volume of weak organization reaches 200,000 PV in a week, he or she will get 4% of 6 times of business volume of its weak organization.
Note: The leadership bonus is calculated monthly, and paid quarterly.
(5) International travel award
Any distributor who's star level reaches break through star or above are qualified for the award. It is calculated on the basis of weighted average。
(6) Global melon-cutting bonus
Any distributor who's pin level reaches Success Star or above is qualified, It is calculated on the basis of weighted average。
(7) Monthly maintain requirements
When distributor bonus reached 500$ in a month, starting from the second month, the distributor should purchase 40PV products every month to keep its activation in the business, otherwise the distributor is not qualified to receive bonus. Before you earned first 500% in a wee, you don't need to maintain 40PV per month. This 40PV maintain continues for 3 start levels from sailer star up to Progress Star, your maintain level is always 40 PV per month.
When you reach Breakthrough Star level, your monthly maintain will be upgrade to 80 PV per month.
When you reach Leaping Star level, your monthly maintain will be upgrade to 100 PV per month.
When you reach Success Star level, your monthly maintain will be upgrade to 160 PV per month.
When you reach Fortune Star level or above, your monthly maintain will be upgrade to 200 PV per month. And no matter how successful you are, this is maximum maintain level.
